Description of Work -In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12-month contract period. <br />What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Please be concise in your response. Only the <br />viewable space will print. <br />Mercy House Center staff are available during hours of operation to distribute basic need items to the homeless <br />individuals and families utilizing the Center. Staff will be distributing bus passes, hygiene supplies, food vouchers, and <br />additional basic emergency items for those on a first come, first serve basis. The program serves as an entry point for <br />people in need to receive referrals and access to additional services where they can find and maintain a level of <br />stability be securing employment and housing. <br /> <br />Schedule of Performace <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12- <br />month contract period per quarter. (Enter number of new Santa Ana clients served each quarter.
