<br />Section 3: That Section 4. Special Salarv Compensation Provisions of <br />Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding in proper <br />numerical sequence the following: <br /> <br />4.4 Fire Chief (EM). <br /> <br />A. The incumbent in the classification Fire Chief (EM), who <br />successfully completes the California State Fire Training Fire Officer program, or its <br />equivalency as established by the City Manager, shall be paid at a rate set <br />approximately 5% above his or her then current base monthly salary step. <br /> <br />B. The incumbent in the classification Fire Chief (EM), who <br />successfully completes the California State Fire Training Chief Officer program, or its <br />equivalency as established by the City Manager, shall be paid at a rate set <br />approximately 2.5% above his or her then current base monthly salary step. <br /> <br />Section 4: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 5: That this Resolution shall be operative from and after <br />its date of adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 151 day of October, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
