This database is able to produce reports of
client demographics specific to any program, any date, and any other specification (e.g., city, age, income level, etc.) as
well as eliminating client duplication. WTLC utilizes a system of checks and balances to ensure data reliability. The
database is checked against the client files, and a chron that records client entrance into a program. Every staff person
providing services for clients is required to enter that information onto activity sheets created for that program, enter that
information into Alice, then place the sheets into the clients' files. Any outside sources/agencies that are utilized are also
documented in Alice, so that all services a client recieves throughout the entire agency is documented as to date,
amount of time spent, number of contacts, and who provided those services.

Exhibit A-1
