<br />11. NOTIFICATION OF CIJAIM. Promptly, out in no

<br />13. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. CTL represents and
<br />warranls that it shall cum ply with federal, state and local
<br />laws. regulations, ordinances. rules. orders. anti
<br />guiddines, including. without limitations, all npplieable
<br />waste treatmenlllnd dispostlllaws and regulationll rei OIling
<br />to its Services.

<br />14. l,JTIGATJON. 1n the event that any litigation.
<br />proceeding. ur claim (including any investigation which
<br />may be preliminary thereto) involving the Service:.
<br />performed hy Cunsultant is commenced, Con5ultant shall
<br />furnish, if cumpelled by law lIr upon the re<lsonahle
<br />request of Client such ptlr,~on or persuns from
<br />Consultant's Qrgani;r.ati<'l11 as are familiar with the matters

<br />17. RETENTION OF RECORDS. CTL shall rl:tnin

<br />after which time such documentalion shall be destrnYl;ld.

<br />18. EXTENSION OF TIME PERIOD FOR,
<br />COMPLETION. Should CTL he delayed in the
<br />performance or completion of the Servivcs or any portiun
<br />thereof by fire or casualty. acts or war. acts ofterrori,sll1.
<br />or other causes bey..md the reasonable control nf CTL,
<br />thcll Client and CfL shall mutually agree:: on the terms
<br />and conditions upon whieh the Services may be conlinued
<br />or terminated.

<br />]9. TERMJNATlON. Either party may termin:lle thi",
<br />Agreement upon 15 days written notice if such L'ause is
<br />due ro a hreach ()f this Agreemenl by either party nnd
<br />such breach is not c\lfed within thl;) 15 day~, In l.1dllition.
<br />this Agreement may he terminated without cause by either
<br />party upon 15 days written nulice to Ihe other party. Upnn
<br />termination, eTL shall prepare and submil a final inwice
<br />for Services rendefl~d to date of t~rminatilm, togetht:r with
<br />any rcas(mable costs incurred hy C'TL in conncelinn with
<br />the e~rlicr termination of Services hereunder.
