J:hco.\ 0..) <br />J.,c1', ~1tINY) <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into this <br />29th day of June, 2007, by and between GARY STEVEN LABB, (hereinafter "Consultant"), and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2006-042, dated May 10, 2006, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has instructed City police investigators in vehicle theft <br />investigation procedures. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew <br />said Agreement for an additional one-year term. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to <br />Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSA nON, shall be increased by $2000.00 to provide services during the <br />extended term of said Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional one-year term, through June 30, 2008. <br /> <br />3.
