EIP Associates, a Division of PBS&J (EIP/PBS&J), offers you a team of <br />technical professionals with the capabilities to provide the full range of environmental consulting services. <br />EIP/PBS&J is a multidisciplinary environmental, planning, water resource, and engineering firm. We are <br />proud of our long history collaborating with local jurisdictions and transportation agencies in the strategic <br />advancement of the environmental review process. With over 8,500 successful environmental studies <br />completed pursuant to CEQA, NEPA, state and federal Endangered Species Acts, the Clean Water Act, <br />the Clean Air Act, the National Historic Preservation Act, and a host of other state and federal pieces of <br />environmental legislation, our team offers professionals that can provide high-quality and legally defensible <br />work products. <br />Enclosed please find our Statement of Qualifications that demonstrates our expertise in preparing <br />environmental documentation for the types of projects that the City of Santa Ana may pursue.
