<br />exposure of R YTMO to local media, corporations, sponsorships and city agencies vital to <br />the support system of the program, both financial and as an organization. <br />As Assistant Case Manager, assist Lead Case Manager with case management <br />responsibilities which includes maintenance of case files, participant intakes, Individual <br />Service Plan, Individual Creative Plan, and weekly data entry of all case files into VOS <br />computerized system for the City of Santa Ana, follow-up services and weekly <br />volunteer/mentor assessment and training. <br /> <br />Time Allocation per week: 30 hours <br /> <br />LISA MANOR ARREGUIN: <br />Title: Lead Case Manager <br /> <br />Education & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Psychology 1980, San Diego State <br />University; Master of Science, Organizational Psychology 1985, Cal State University, <br />Los Angeles; 3 years experience at Canyon Acres Residential Treatment Center, <br />Anaheim Hills, as a Case Manager and support staff for youth ages 12 - 18 years old; 2 <br />1/2 years experience working at Orange County Superior Court, Santa Ana, as a Human <br />Resources Recruiter working in the areas of training, test assessment and career <br />development; 9 years experience as a vocal coach/songwriter with music credits in T.V <br />and film. Has worked extensively in the development of new vocal talent in the areas of <br />artist development including artist promotion and marketing. <br /> <br />Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains case files, participant intakes, Individual Service <br />Plan, Individual Creative Plan. and weekly data entry of all case files into VOS <br />computerized system for the Dept of LaborlWIA requirements, follow-up services and <br />weekly volunteer/mentor assessment and training. Shall attend and represent all meetings <br />associated with the Santa Ana Youth Council related to case management, as well as <br />serve as representative for Project RYTMO regarding case management to youth serviced <br />who are residents of Santa Ana, and enrolled in the program. <br /> <br />Time Allocation per/week: 35 hours <br /> <br />JANELL ARCEO: <br />Title: Financial Administrator <br /> <br />Education & Experience: Business degree in accounting/financial management. Over <br />14 years experience as accountant and financial administrator in numerous companies, <br />firms, and businesses; knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping methods; knowledge of <br />current accounting software and non-profit fiscal management. <br />
