INSURANCE1�0T ON FILE N-2002-150-04 <br />WORK MAY NQI PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: <br />0. 5&^--6r Av+,o— PD (40URTH AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />LoY� Bvowr,, F;5r--\ <br />THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into this <br />291h day of June, 2007, by and between PAUL FETTERS dba THE TRAINING SPOT, a <br />California corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2002-150 dated October 4, 2002, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has provided health and fitness classes to the City's Police <br />Department. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew <br />said Agreement for an additional one-year term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Fourth Amendment to <br />Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />I . Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $1,000 to <br />pay for services during the extended term. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional one-year term, through June 30, <br />2008. <br />3. Except as hereinabove amended the terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />
