Public Works requires reproduction of engineering drawings sized <br />up to 36" X 48", as well as detailed project information released for bid. <br />Architectural plans are microfilmed onto 35mm film and are also printed. <br />Planning and Building laminates city maps and Community Development mounts <br />pictures and drawings for presentation. The Library, Personnel Services <br />and the Police Department utilize reprographic services for training <br />materials and brochures with color photos and spiral bookbinding. In <br />addition, personnel records are scanned onto CD's for archiving. These <br />specialized services are not available in-house because of the size of some <br />original documents, the process of record archiving and/or specialized <br />print processes required. <br />22F-1 <br />
