Appendix Chapter ~1 ~~+^o ;--~~~~~~ +ee~ Administration, except Section <br />105.1.1 and 105.1.1. <br />(a) Section 105.3.2 is amended to read as a follows: <br />Sec. 105.3.2. Time limitation of application. An application <br />for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have <br />been abandoned 180 davs after the date of filing, unless <br />such application has been pursued in good faith or the <br />permit has been issued; except that the Building Official may <br />extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not <br />exceeding one hundred and eighty (180) davs upon request <br />by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond the <br />control of the applicant have prevented action from being <br />taken. No application shall be extended more than once. In <br />order to renew action on an application after expiration the <br />applicant shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan review <br />fee. <br />(b) Section 106.3 is amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 106.3 Examination of documents. The buildina official <br />shall examine or cause to be examined the accompanying <br />construction documents and shall ascertain by such <br />examinations whether the construction indicated and <br />described is in accordance with the requirements of this <br />code and other pertinent laws or ordinances. <br />When submittal documents are required by section <br />106.1, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of <br />submitting the submittal documents for plan review. Said <br />plan review fees are separate fees from the permit fees <br />specified in the section 108.2 and are in addition to the <br />permit fees.
