PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Oscar Garza raised concerns about an increase in the number of cruisers <br />in the McDonald's parking lot and that he has not had an adequate <br />response from the Police Department; Steve McGuigan expressed <br />concern that the Renaissance Plan is an example of spot development, <br />and he also suggested that the City should not consider any guided <br />system in its transit plans; Don Taylor reported that there are problems <br />with traffic flow and parking at MacArthur and Raitt associated with <br />Greenville School <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Approve minutes.
