RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is the recommendation of Communications Support Group that Time Warner <br />Cablevision of Santa Ana is considered in compliance with the technical standards of <br />the Federal Communications Commission. The following summarizes the areas in <br />need of clarification: <br />1) Form and Content of the Summer FCC Proof Report: <br />The City should review the final document and insure it is correct <br />form. <br />2) Other residential system performance matters to be addressed. <br />A. Other FCC rules require Time Warner to file periodic <br />performance results related to Cumulative Leakage (RF <br />radiation). CSG recommends that Time Warner be required <br />to file a copy of its most recent CLI report filed with the City. <br />3) Calibration of test equipment <br />Time Warner has adhered to the rules and regulations of the FCC <br />proof of performance testing in regards to test equipment <br />calibration. The calibration dates of test equipment used are <br />included in the report. <br />4) Time Warner Main Office Location <br />Time Warner has moved their main office and local origination <br />programming from the city of Santa Ana. The office and playback <br />is now located in two locations in southern California. One is <br />located at Time Warner's main office is located at 3041 E. Mira <br />Loma Ave, Anaheim CA 92806, and the second playback station <br />is located in their Costa Mesa office located at 200 Palorino in <br />Costa Mesa, Ca. All Time Warner administration and customer <br />service originates from this facility. <br />A Santa Ana customer service office is located at 2020 N. Grand <br />St. in Santa Ana to assist subscribers with billing and modem <br />pickup and drop/off services.
