At the completion of the grant period, a post <br />assesment will be given to the particpants asking them "of the services they were seeking, what servicies did they use"? <br />The anticipated outcome of this tracking system will be that this service makes a difference in the participants lives by <br />providing a needed service that is not offered at the schools or anywhere in the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
