Case Manager--/OO% FTE: $31,680. 40-hours a week~ I 1 months @ $ 1 8.00 per hr. The Case Manager will work 40 hours a week for 1 1 months providing: recruitment & intake, assessment, documentation & case notes; identify barriers and goals; monitor progress & goals; meet regularly with individual WIA participants to train on employment and job skills; represent OCCT AC in provider network and youth council meetings; organize and attend OCCT AC- WIA Staff Meetings and document input; organize related activities. Literacy Coachllnstructor-50% PTE $20,000. 20-hours a week @ $25.00 per hour This position will be responsible for assessing the literacy and basic skills of all 20 participants; teaching WIA participant's learning and literacy strategies; monitor & document literacy progress throughout the program; meeting regularly & individually with WIA participants to train on HOSTS curriculum and placed in the After-School Learning Academy; and attend regular team meetings. Arts/Technology Instructor-50% PTE: $20,000. 20-hours a week @ $25.00 per hour The respective position will be responsible for providing individual educational and career training to all 20 participants; mentoring and assisting participants with related work experience placement; observing and monitoring participants with technical/artistic skills; documenting progress throughout the program; meeting regularly & individually with WIA participants to train on related curriculum; and attending regular team meetings. Participants Wages $40,800. Training Stipend: (both In and Out-of-school youth) 20-participants $12,000. In months 1 to 3, all participants (in & out-of school youths) will be given a stipend of $200.00 per month to participate in the program. After the first three months, the out-of-school youth will be paid $8.00 per hour for on-the-job training (up to 15 hours per week) for 6-additional months. 10-participants $28,800. Other $ 7,000. Counselor-As needed: We have allocated funds to contract counselors for career counseling or clinical counseling to support those youths who are in need of either service. Together these contractors will work with the Case Manager to document the progress of the participants.
