Include a description of duties and time allocation <br />for each responsibility. <br />4 Peer Mentors @' .25 FTE each (Peer Mentor positions are PT 10 hours per week) <br />Job Duties Include: <br />Pmiicipate in Santa Ana '{ outh Council Activities (i.e. monthly Youth Council meetings, <br />YSPN meetings and planning of the annual youth form and youth job fair) <br />Recruit participants and develop an Individual Service Strategy (ISS) for each participant <br />Intensive case management with a 5: I peer mentor to participant ratio <br />Case recording in the VOS database and on-site client files <br />Be available 10 hours per week in the Orangewood Resource Center <br />Provide pre-employment services and supportive services <br />Develop an indlvidualized tutoring program for those participants who are assessed to be <br />basic skills deficient <br />Provide Post Assessment upon program exit and 12 months of follow-up services <br /> <br />1 Peer Mentor Supervisor @, .25 FTE <br />Job Duties Include: <br />Participate ll1 the monthly Youth Service Provider Network <br />Plan and facilitate a monthly communication meeting with peer mentors (invitation will <br />include staff from the City of Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board) <br />Meet with individual peer mentors on a regular basis to provide supervision and support <br />Be available to provide support and resources to the FYLP peer mentors and program <br />participants <br />Assist City of Santa ,!\.na staff during program audits <br />Ensurc contract compliance <br /> <br />1 Staff Accountant @ .05 FTE <br />Job Duties Include: <br />Track expenditures incurred during the invoice period and prepare an invoice based on the <br />costs incurred as allowed by the contract. <br />Assist City of Santa Ana staff during financial audits <br />Attend contract meetings as needed <br /> <br />Fiscal Capacity <br />Describe the process used to capture and report fiscal data? <br />The OCF Accounting Department consists of four full-time employees mld one part-time <br />employee, assisted by a full-time Development Department employee who is responsible to <br />collect, enter and report on donation records of receipts from donors. All receipts are handled <br />based on the Cash Procedures document included in the Procurement Policies & Procedures <br />section of this proposal. All infomlation for accounting is maintained in the Financial Edge <br />Software from Blackbaud. The Internal Controls document combined with the Check <br />Signing document, also included in the Procurement Policies & Procedures section of this <br /> <br />OCr/Foster Youth Liaison Project <br /> <br />14 <br />
