<br />0', c:OA (2.) <br />Ca(6\"1" FI.l\~("\ <br /> <br />N-2007 -132 <br /> <br />AMENDED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AND <br />THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER/WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD <br /> <br />Purpose: <br /> <br />To describe the nature and evidence agreement between the City of Santa <br />Ana, Community Development Agency (CDA) and the Santa Ana WORK <br />Center/Workforce Investment Board in determining the services and fees for <br />locating its offices at The Depot at Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Term: <br />The Extended Term ofthis Agreement is July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. <br /> <br />Terms and Conditions: <br /> <br />CDA has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center/Workforce Investment <br />Board (Will) to occupy space within The Depot at Santa Ana, located at 1000 <br />East Santa Ana Boulevard, Suite 200 and Suite 220, Santa Ana, CA 92701, for the <br />user fee of$11,845.83 per month, This fee is based on a rate of$1.53 per square <br />foot of 6634 square feet plus a common area maintenance fee of $0.25 per square <br />foot. This fee includes use of space, janitorial service and all utilities, except <br />telephones and any security equipment. <br /> <br />The user fee is due the first day of each month, payable to "The City of Santa <br />Ana". This fee will be deposited into The Depot Revenue Account No. 67-01- <br />5504. <br /> <br />Both parties are in agreement with the terms of this Amended Memorandum of <br />Understanding dated as of July 1, 2007, and will implement it as set forth herein. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> <br />.------.. <br />PatrIcia E.
