Also address integrity) <br /> <br />The B. Warner House is architecturally significant as an intact example of a Monterey Revival-style residence. According to the <br />original building permit, dated January 22, 1932, the house was constructed by the Santa Ana construction team Ball and Honer. In <br />1933, the first year the improvement appears in city directories, the owners and residents of the house are Benjamin H. Warner, <br />owner of Central Auto Body Works, and his wife Nallie. The Warners remained in the house through the early 1940s. Ownership <br />shifted in 1947, when Mrs. Nellie G.
