<br />Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2007-20 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2007-20 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />A. Plannina Division <br /> <br />1. The applicant must comply with all conditions and requirements of the <br />Development Review Committee for the development project (DP No. <br />2007-23). <br /> <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must be <br />amended. <br /> <br />3. The proposed wireless facility designed as a broad leaf monotree shall be <br />constructed per the approved plans and the existing landscaping shall be <br />protected in place during the construction period on and around the <br />proposed facility. <br /> <br />4. The design specifications for a mono-broad leaf are as follows and should <br />be added as a note to the working drawings: <br /> <br />a. The mono-broad leaf structure should be designed for a minimum of <br />two carriers. <br /> <br />b. The mono-broad leaf structure should have a sufficient branch count to <br />conceal the presence of all antennas. <br /> <br />c. Branch disbursement should be random so that longer branches and <br />shorter branches are intermingled to give a natural appearance. <br /> <br />d. Branches should exceed all antennas by a minimum of 12 inches. <br /> <br />e.
