The property is bounded by an extended stay business hotel <br />on the east and industrial uses to the north, south and west (Exhibit 2). <br />The subj ect property is approximately 1.7 acres in size, rectangular in <br />shape and improved with a multi-tenant warehouse (Exhibit 3). <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />T-Mobile is proposing to install a 60-foot tall wireless <br />telecommunications facility designed as a broadleaf monotree at 2907 South <br />Croddy Way (Exhibit 4). The facility will house 12 panel antennas (four <br />sectors of three antennas).
