In addition, Video Engineering Services <br />assists the City Clerk and other users of the Council Chambers with audio <br />recordings and lighting in the Council Chambers, and provides technical <br />assistance on other audio/visual related projects. <br /> <br />Video Engineering Services provides production staff to televise City <br />Council meetings occurring in the Council Chambers. This agreement <br />includes an additional $4,000 for video services for the filming and <br />production of the Mayor's annual State of the City presentation, and a <br />$13,200 contingency. The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />is satisfied with the quality of service provided by Video Engineering <br />Services, and requests to extend the term of the agreement for a one-year <br />period. <br /> <br />25CC-1 <br /> <br />
