(Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 08-039 - Recognizing the 2007 <br />Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of <br />$97,393 into the revenue account and appropriate same into the 2007 <br />Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant overtime account. <br />2.
