In addition, self- <br />assessmentevaluations and qualitative interviews by staff determine progress. Annually an assessment of the <br />program's effectiveness indicated by strength of community support, quality of collaborative partnerships, and <br />confidence of community and government social services to offer referrals and form collaborations is also conducted.
