Sacs, ( -:L) <br />Carlo-T"el<i Ks <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on November 6, 2007, <br />by and between KONSTANTIN HOCKEY SCHOOL, LLC, a California corporation <br />(hereinafter "Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of <br />the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2006-099, dated July 1, 2006, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has provided ice skating instruction for the City's Leisure <br />Class program. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew <br />said Agreement for an additional one year period and to increase compensation to pay for <br />services during the extended term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment <br />Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to read, in its entirety: <br />"City agrees to pay and Consultant agrees to accept as total payment for its services, the rates <br />and charges identified in Exhibit A. The total sum to be expended under said Agreement <br />shall not exceed $10,000.00, annually, during the term of said Agreement." <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to December 31, 2008. <br />3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />H <br />H <br />H <br />H <br />
