El <br />ENDORSEMENT p 006 <br />GU207 <br />(7/99) <br />This endorsement, effective 12:01 a.m.,05101/2006, forms a part of Policy No. RGD5000D64 <br />issued to T- MOBILE USA, INC. by Greenwich Insurance Company <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED —WHERE REQUIRED UNDER CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under all coverage parts. <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE <br />Section 11 — WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include as an Insured any person or <br />organization for whom you have agreed under written contract or agreement to provide <br />Insurance. <br />However, the insurance provided shall not exceed the scope of coverage andlor limits of this <br />policy.
