Lessee is a Crown Castle company. Lessee <br />and its affiliates and subsidiaries own and operate shared wireless communication facilities. <br />In order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in an area where this property is located, <br />Lessee plans to modify T- Mobile equipment at the wireless communication facility. <br />Pursuant to Paragraph to of the Lease, Lessee is required to obtain your consent, which consent cannot be <br />unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Therefore, Lessee respectfully requests your consent to this <br />modification. <br />Please indicate your consent by executing this letter where indicated below and return one original of same to the <br />address indicated above.
