and ending on February 29, 2008, the total sum to be expended under this Agreement <br />shall not exceed 42,000. For each yeaz afrer the fourth anniversary of this Agreement <br />during the term of this Agreement, the total sum to be expended under this <br />Agreement shall not exceed $42,000 per such yeaz." <br />3. The Agreement is hereby amended to include Exhibit 1 attached to this Amendment <br />as Exhibit 1 to the Agreement. <br />4. Except as otherwise amended in Sections 1, 2, and 3 above, the Agreement remains in <br />full force and effect in accordance with its terms. <br />5. This Amendment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of <br />the State of California. <br />6.
