Brian has spent countless hours <br />interacting with consultants, developers, private property owners. <br />environmental groups, the public, and a myriad of governmental <br />agencies. Brian's knowledge of planning and his ability to effectively <br />coordinate public and private interests led to assignments on high - <br />profile, large-scale projects, such as the Riverside County Integrated <br />Project, Anaheim General Plan, and Ontario General Plan updates. <br />Brian offers creative planning solutions to physical, political and <br />regulatory challenges. <br />MARK HOFFMAN <br />Sr. Planner <br />Role: Project Manager <br />Mark brings over 15years of experience in urban <br />planning, public policy, and local government. <br />His expertise spans general plans, state and federally <br />mandated housing studies, and municipal service <br />reviews. Mark is one of the most prolific housing policy <br />specialists in the State of California, having managed the <br />preparation of 40 housing elements, fair housing studies, and other <br />housing studies in the past I Oyears. Mark recently completed a <br />comprehensive housing agenda for Pasadena with the Technical <br />Assistance Panel of UL1. His work has received recognition by the <br />California Chapter of the American Planning Association. <br />Mark's housing work has ranged from small rural communities to some <br />of the most complex housing elements in California, including Riverside, <br />Pasadena, Long Beach, Santa Monica, Oxnard, and Santa Cruz.
