He is an <br />housing studies, municipal service reviews, and manal <br />especially proficient with housing and public adminisb <br />participated in more than 40 state- and federally mandated housing studies for jurisdictions <br />In the past fiveyears. Mark's command of his field and his formidable communication skills <br />are apparent in public meetings, forums, and workshops. He not only listens carefully to <br />multiple perspectives, but can distill the salient points and negotiate consensus solutions. <br />His writing, like his speaking. is clear, intelligent, and to the point. <br />At The Planning Center, Mark's uniQue blend of experience is especially pertinent to the <br />application of benchmarking and performance measurement techniQues. His insight into <br />municipal government contributes to better solutions for the client in his work on general <br />plans, housing elements, strategic plans, and municipal services reviews. Mark also brings <br />uniQue insight and creativity in crafting housing programs. Recency Mark worked with the <br />Urban Land Institute to create a Housing Agenda for Action for Pasadena.
