COLIN DRUKKER <br />Senior Planner <br />Qualifications <br />Colin Drukker is an asset on any team. A skillful resea <br />resourceful at working through problem projects. He <br />experience in the public and private sectors to tackle <br />effective manner. <br />During his career at The Planning Center, Colin has served as the project manager for <br />general plans, housing elements, affordable housing studies, and mixed -use specific plans. <br />He is currently the project manager for the SLAG Compass Blueprint Implementation on <br />Multiple Sites in San Gabriel Valley, in which he will oversee six to eight demonstration <br />projects that foster transit -oriented development in a high -growth area of southern <br />California. Colin is also developing a visionary conceptual plan for the City of Gardena Civic <br />Center, which will lay the foundation for Gardena to transform its Civic Center into a <br />vibrant mixed -use hub with an enhanced sense of identity and place. <br />Colin keeps his clients and The Planning Center informed of the latest planning issues and <br />technology. For example, he speaks on the topic of inclusionary housing to jurisdictions in <br />Orange County and the Inland Empire.
