JORGE ESTRADA <br />Associate Planner <br />Qualifications <br />Highlights of <br />Experience <br />Jorge is an exceptionally diverse planner wit <br />project management, and facility with both <br />also spent nearly fiveyears in the public sec <br />Irvine, his duties included managing development proposals such as general <br />plan amendments, zone changes, master plans and residential tract maps; presenting staff <br />reports and resolutions before the various City approval bodies; preparing environmental <br />documents; training and supervising project entitlement team staff; and managing various <br />City databases. <br />While attending Cal Poly Pomona. Jorge was involved in updating the City of Pomona's <br />General Plan Housing Element. He was assigned the lead role in compiling and ana!Yzing <br />the existing affordable housing and low-income housing programs available in the City. The <br />data collected was compiled and presented to City officials and staff at the end of the two - <br />Quarter course. <br />At The Planning Center, Jorge divides his time between the Environmental and the <br />Community Planning & Design teams, demonstrating a breadth of perspective that is an <br />asset to both. His confidence and high energy make him an invaluable team builder.
