Nine proposals were received and evaluated for compliance <br />with minimum requirements, overall responsiveness to the RFP, experience <br />and references, and total project cost. The results of the evaluation <br />(Exhibit A) indicate the proposal from Able Building Maintenance Company as <br />the most responsive and meets the City's requirements. <br />The agreement (Attachment 1) provides for equipment, supplies, and <br />maintenance of the Police Department and Jail Facility with an on-site <br />supervisor. Staff recommends executing this three-year agreement, with two <br />additional one-year renewal options in an annual amount not to exceed <br />$407,000 for the first year, plus proposed increases for the second and <br />third years. The total amount also includes an additional $10,000 annually <br />for additional as-needed services. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Police Department's Building & Facilities <br />Division fund (account no. 11-350-6291). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />~`~;~-. <br />Paul M.
