The Executive Director of the PWA is hereby authorized to apply for the <br />Transportation F.nhaneeme~nt Activity Program under the Transportation Equity Act for the 21ST <br />Century for projects listed on the project list, Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. ~ •. . <br />... 2. The City of Santa Ana agrees to fund its share of the project costs and any <br />additional costs over the identified programmed amount.
