Notice by mail shall <br />be effective three days after mailing by the above-described <br />procedure. <br />2. SCOPE OF SERVICES OF CONSULTANT <br />CONSULTANT agrees to perform, at its .own cost and expense <br />except for 'the compensation specified in this Agreement, the <br />services specified in the RFP, attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and <br />-in corp~orate~l~~-- herein ~~- by- ~ reference ~ ~--and----the--Propo-sa-1-; ----attached - - -- <br />hereto as "Exhibit B" and incorporated herein by reference, <br />subject to modifications as may be set forth in the text of this <br />Agreement. <br />3. .STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE <br />In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, CONSULTANT <br />represents that it is knowledgeable in the field specified in <br />Recital A of this Agreement, and that any services performed by <br />CONSULTANT under this Agreement will be performed in compliance <br />with. such standards as may reasonably be expected from a <br />professional consulting firm in that field. <br />Z~x-23 <br />
