Childbirth and Related Medical <br />5.3.1: Employees and applicants for employment shalt not be denied employment <br />because of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions. <br />5.3.2: Childbearing shall be considered by the Company to be a justification for a leave of <br />absence for a female employee for a reasonable period of time. Following <br />childbirth, and upon a female signifying her inteht to return to work within a <br />reasonable time, such female employee shall be reinstated to her original job or to <br />a position of like status and pay, without loss of service credits. <br />5.4: It is Company policy that neither sexual harassment nor rewards for granting of sexual favors have <br />any place in the work place. <br />25K-54 <br />
