Healy <br />This is to inform the general public that the City of Santa Ana proposes to adopt a <br />Negative Declaration for the following project: <br />Project Title: Armstrong Ranch YMCA Facility <br />Project Description: The proposed project is a request for a conditional use permit to <br />allow a community service center within the Specific <br />Development No. 4 (SD-4) zoning district. Additionally, a minor <br />exception would. be required to allow the community service <br />center to share parking facilities with a future CatFriolic Cathedral <br />• that would be located immediately east of the project site. <br />Project Location: 2100 West Alton Avenue <br />Project Number: ER-2003-233 <br />Public Review Period: 12-5-2003 to 12-24-2003 <br />Hearing Date: 12-22-2003 <br />Hearing Location: City of Santa Ana Council Chambers <br />22 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />The Negative Declaration and Initial Study as well as all referenced documents will be <br />available for public review at the City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency located <br />at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
