According <br />to the California Department of Fish and Game Natural Diversity <br />Data Base and the City's Updated General Plan Land Use Element <br />EIR, there are no sensitive biological resources located on or <br />within the nearby vicinity of the project site. Therefore, <br />implementation of the proposed project would not result in any <br />adverse impacts to any onsite sensitive biological resources. <br />• V. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />A. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />historical resource as defined in Section 15064.5? <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br />According to the Santa Ana Local Register of Historical <br />Structures and the .Federal Register of Historical Structures, <br />there are no historically significant structures located on the <br />project site. <br />B. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />unique archaeological resource pursuant to Section 15064.5? <br />D. Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside <br />of formal cemeteries. <br />Potentially Significant unless Mitigation Incorporated <br />According to an Archeological Survey prepared for the Armstrong <br />Ranch Development Project (Greenwood and Associates, 2001), <br />there are no recorded sites within Armstrong Ranch or within 1/, <br />• mile of the project area.
