Less Than Significant Impact <br />Implementation of the proposed project would result in <br />cumulative impacts to the environment. However, the proposed <br />project's incremental contribution would not be considered <br />cumulatively considerable because the proposed project would <br />comply with the applicable requirements of the uniform building <br />code, conditions. of approval and mitigation measures, which <br />provide specific requirements that would avoid any significant <br />cumulative impacts within the project area. Furthermore, the. <br />incremental impacts associated with the proposed project would <br />be at a level where there would not be considered cumulatively <br />considerable. <br />C.
