The <br />Zoning Administrator requested an additional condition to require <br />additional stone work be applied to the Newhope Street elevation of the <br />building at the driveway entry. Plans shall be submitted to Planning <br />Division for review and approval prior to building plan check submittal <br />(Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />J I.
