Approval of the tentative parcel map will not create any <br />conflicts with existing easements found on the site. All <br />easements found on the site will be modified and/or relocated <br />to accommodate the lot consolidation action. <br />D. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Title 14 of the <br />California Code of Regulations, Section 15061(b)(3)), the project is exempt <br />from further review. The exemption applies where it can be seen with <br />certainty that there is no possibility that the project in question may have a <br />significant effect on the environment. It can be seen with certainty that <br />there is no possibility that the project herein will have a significant effect <br />on the environment. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. <br />2005-03 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Santa Ana hereby, <br />approves Tentative Parcel Map No. 2007-06.
