Improvement Program as set forth in Exhibit A. <br />Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana commits, as Lead Agency for <br />the projects, to carry out the projects consistent with the project implementation <br />schedule. <br />Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana certifies that the City of Santa <br />Ana will enter into a contract with OCTA committing that the City of Santa Ana will carry <br />out the projects identified as transportation control measures (TCM) in the South Coast <br />Air Basin consistent with the project implementation schedule. <br />Section 5. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana certifies that it will allocate the <br />necessary local match funds contained within the project to carry out any federally <br />approved project. <br />Section 6. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana certifies that the City of Santa <br />Ana, as the Lead Agency, will comply with applicable provisions of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act, the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology <br />and Historic Preservation, and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and <br />regulations. <br />Section 7. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City <br />Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of 2008. <br />Miguel A.
