<br />The Project is located in the City of Santa Ana within Orange County. Santa Ana is located in
<br />the middle section of Orange County, approximately 35 miles southeast of downtown Los
<br />Angeles and is immediately accessible from Highways 22 and 55 and Interstate 5. Adjacent
<br />communities include Garden Grove, Orange, Tustin, Irvine and Fountain Valley. (See Figure 1:
