Santa Ana <br />Blvd. 2°d Floor, Santa Ana, California, until 5:00 P.M., FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9,.2007. Late. proposals <br />will be returned to the vendor unopened. The receiving time in the Budget and Accounting Section <br />will be the governing time for acceptability of proposals.
