INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />I x WC <br />-I-o1-I <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: 1 - li-D`6 <br />C) `, De5iT l415reer" ) <br />(]A.JG PxkAov) <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A-2007-038-01 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on December 20, <br />2007, by and between Schindler Elevator Corporation, a California corporation <br />("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A2007-038, dated February 5, 2007, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Contractor has design and installation <br />services in relation to the retrofit of the elevators in the Santa Ana Depot <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term of said Agreement to provide additional time for Contractor to <br />complete its invoicing to the City. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, <br />2008. <br />2.
