The parties entered into Agreement A-2003-189, dated September 10, 2003, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided maintenance and <br />service for the electronic door access systems in Santa Ana Police Administration <br />Building and the Detention Facility. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this-F-~s.t rt ~-~H `~'-~. <br />Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to reflect that Consultant shall <br />continue to test, inspect and maintain the access control systems at the Santa Ana <br />Police Department, City Jail, as set forth in said Agreement, and further described in <br />Consultant's "Inspection Plus Proposal (Pages 1-3 of 6)", attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A-2. <br />2. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation <br />$13,320.00 to pay for services during the extended term from October 1, 2007 <br />through September 31, 2008. <br />3. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date from September <br />31, 2007 through September 31, 2008. <br />// <br />// <br />// <br />// <br />
