The Executive Director of the PWA is hereby authorized to apply for the <br />Transportation Enhancement Activity Proarlln under the Transportation Equity Act for the 21ST <br />Century for projects listed on the project list, Exhibit "A, II attached hereto and incolpOlated <br />herein by reference.' ., <br /> <br />., .2. The City of Santa Ana agrees to fund its share of the project costs and any <br />additional costs over the identified prosrammed amount.
