All equipment obtained under this Agreement shall have an ASAUA identification decal affixed to it, and, when practical, shall be affixed where it is readily visible. 9. A physical inventory of the Equipment shall be taken and the results reconciled with the Equipment records at least once every year. Inventory shall also be taken prior to any UASI, State or Federal monitor visits. 10. SUB -RECIPIENT shall exercise due care to preserve and safeguard equipment acquired with grant funds from damage or destruction and shall provide regular maintenance and such repairs for said equipment as necessary, in order to keep said equipment continually in good working order. Such maintenance and servicing shall be the sole responsibility of SUB -RECIPIENT, who shall assume full responsibility for maintenance and repair of the equipment throughout the life of said equipment.
