<br />2: Aooointment of EEO Coordinator
<br />
<br />Jennv Richards has been appointed EEO Coordinator. Ms. Richards name will appear on all internal and
<br />external communications regarding the Company's Affirmative Action Programs. As EEO Coordinator, Ms,
<br />Richards will be given necessary top management support and staffing to execute this assignment. The
<br />EEO Coordinator has been given responsibility to:
<br />
<br />2.1: Develop policy statements, affirmative action programs, internal and external communication
<br />techniques and monitoring systems.
<br />
<br />2.2: Identify problem areas.
<br />
<br />2.3: Assist line management in arriving at solutions to problems.
<br />
<br />2.4: Design and implement audit and reporting systems, which will measure the effectiveness of the
<br />Affirmative Action Program, indicate need for remedial action, if any, and determine goals and
<br />objectives have been met.
<br />
<br />2.5: Serve as liaison between the Company and enforcement agencies.
<br />
<br />2.6: Serve as liaison between the Company and private and public employment services for recruiting
<br />of minority groups and women as well as minority organizations, women's organizations. and
<br />community action groups concerning the employment opportunities of minorities and women.

<br />2,7: Keep management informed of latest developments in the entire equal employment opportunity
<br />area.
<br />
<br />2.8: Assist in identifying problem areas and establishment of local goals and objectives.
