Adopt a resolution approving a Cooperation Agreement and a Project <br />Implementation Agreement and making environmental findings related <br />thereto. <br />2. Affirm the Planning Commission decision approving Street Name Change <br />No. 98-01 renaming Regency Boulevard to First American Way. <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to <br />accept street dedications required for the project. <br />Redevelopment and Housing _commission Action <br />Recommended that the Redevelopment Agency: <br />1. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and <br />the Executive Director to execute, an Agreement to terminate the <br />Disposition and.Development Agreement with MacArthur Place LLC. <br />2.
