Section 2: Scope of Work (continued) <br />Task : Response to Comments <br />DEA will prepare responses to comments received on the Draft EIR during the public <br />review period. Within two weeks after the close of the public comment period, DEA will <br />submit to the City draft responses to all comments received. DEA will assist the City of <br />Santa Ana in finalizing the certification findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations <br />(if required). <br />Task 10: Preparation of Final EIR <br />DEA will incorporate comments and responses to comments received during the public <br />review process into the Final EIR. The Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program will <br />also be finalized and incorporated into the Final EIR. DEA will provide fifty (50) copies <br />of the administrative Final EIR for City review and comment. Following this review, the <br />project team will make revisions and submit fifty (50) copies of the Final EIR for public <br />review and circulation. A camera-ready copy of the Final EIR will also be provided to the <br />City. The City shall be responsible for mailing the Final EIR to responsible agencies and <br />OPR. <br />Finally, DEA will submit one copy of the Notice of Determination which must be filed with <br />the Orange County Clerk. All data and information used for the project will be provided <br />to the City at the end 'of the work program. Diskettes of all working files will be submitted <br />in Wordperfect 5.1 for future City use. <br />SPECIFIC WORK PRODUCTS AND ACTIVITIES <br />Work products and activities that will be completed during each phase of the work program <br />are outlined in Table 1. Administrative drafts' of all reports will be submitted to the City <br />of Santa Ana Community Development Agency prior to distribution to the Redevelopment <br />Commission and City Council.
