SECTION 3i SCHEDULE <br />SCHEDULE <br />The environmental review process for the proposed School and Community Facilities <br />Redevelopment Plan can be completed within eight months after receiving authorization to <br />proceed. Assuming a January 28 start date, the work program will be completed by the end <br />of September 1992. The actual time until circulation and certification of the EIR will <br />depend on staff and public review. Coordination with the. development and adoption of the <br />proposed School and Community Facilities Redevelopment Plan will also influence the <br />completion of the environmental review process. <br />The Task Sequence Diagram outlines the proposed schedule and indicates the amount of <br />time projected to complete each task. A number of tasks will overlap so that the entire <br />work program can be completed in a timely manner. The length of time to complete the <br />work program will ultimately depend on the final scope of work selected by the City, the <br />degree of staff involvement, and the amount of time devoted to public hearings. The Draft <br />EIR will be completed for staff review within four months after receiving notice to proceed. <br />After review by City staff, the Draft EIR will be available for public review in approximately <br />1 to 2 months depending on the amount of time involved in staff review. Following the <br />circulation of the Draft EIR, the public hearings schedule will be coordinated and will run <br />parallel with public hearings on the proposed Redevelopment Plan.
